Default Feel free to call me an idiot....

I think I donked this one pretty bad.
I didn't have too much of a read on the villain, since he hadn't really done anything out the ordinary nor had I seen him show a lot hands, but he seemed to be pretty solid.

4 hands went through my hand: 33, 66, AK and AQ. I might have talked myself out of this one but I didn't think 66 was likely, given the fact that I had a 6 and I figured if he had AK/AQ, he would have re-raised UTG. So I figured trips and layed it down.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (8 handed)

    UTG ($6.92)
    UTG+1 ($9.95)
    MP1 ($14.64)
    MP2 ($10.57)
    CO ($2.58)
    Button ($5.04)
    SB ($9.82)
    Hero ($11.79)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
UTG calls $0.05, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.05, 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

    Flop: ($0.20) , , (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $0.05, MP2 calls $0.05, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.25, UTG calls $0.20, MP2 raises to $5, Hero folds, UTG folds.

    Final Pot: $5.70

    Results in white below:
    No showdown. MP2 wins $5.70.

Can't fold this, at this limit the guy could have 2 spades, or any A.

If he has a set, pay him! If He hit his FD, pay him!!!!

But please dont fold top 2 pairs again at this limit with no apropriate read!!!

You win this hand 75% of the time I'm pretty sure!

I think 95% of the time 75% is low, and thats made up 70% of the time as bonch says.

just wondering, Top 2 pair is an automatic all in on the flop if it comes to it at these limits, thats for sure. But at what limits would u say it will start to get -ev? Or should Top 2 Pair always be played like a set?

Top 2 pair with no flush or straight already on board is an allin for me at any limit, assuming i get the action he's getting here.

I realised after that it was a bad fold. It was one of those situations where if I just had 60 more secs to make my decision, I probably would have pushed all in. But for some reason I convinced myself that he had the 1 hand that would be beating me at this point and instead folded. After the hand he told me that he had AK, wether or not he was lying, I don't know.

I dont think it can become -EV at any limit with no read, but at this one, you can see soo many situation where your opponent is way left field that its a ++++++++++++EV play!

I am pushing. And if I did he'd show a set. Which is why I am playing limit now.
