My knowledge is limited but I have puchased Sklansky Holdem Poker for Advanced Playerys ,Small Stakes Holdem and Theory.
I have not had time to read them all or comprehend everything that I have read yet.
I started out as the dealer recieving tips. The host wanted me to play so I felt obligated. I came in short stacked with $80.00. The betting structure was 2,2,3,5. The game is wild with capped betting not being uncommon preflop, postflop, and the turn.(ie 8,8,12) The caps came from two very loose players that had gobbled most of the tables money earlier that night when it was a full table. They both were up about 900.00 combined.
6 seat table I am in 3rd position first to act with AQos.
1st p. small blind (tight aggressive) host
2nd p. big blind (loose)
Me raise to 4.00 (tight aggressive)
4th p. calls (tight passive)
5th p. calls (loose aggressive)
6th p. calls (loose aggressive)
1st and 2nd call the raise
pot $24.00
Flop comes
4c A Q
1st p checks
2nd p checks
Me bet 2.00
4th p calls
5th p raise 4.00
6th p calls button
1st p calls
2nd p calls
Me raise 6.00
4th p calls
5th p calls
6th p calls
1st and 2nd call
pot 60.00
Turn 8c
1st and second p check
I make it 3.00
4th calls
5th calls
6th folds
1st and second fold
pot 69.00
river 9c
I am first to act, I make it five
4th calls
5th calls
and shows 5c 10c
for the flush
wins 84.00
Dis I play this hand the right way?
How should I have played that hand?
Did I miss anythig?
How would you have played that hand?

Dead on....
And as I was reading this... All I could say was Jesus Christ this is a good game.... Play in these as much as you can.
The river, You have to bet, You really can't be afraid of the flush, seeing as it's runner runner, and the pot is Too big not to bet.
This is an interesting structure too, I kinda like it. And it seems like the money is deep and loose at this table.
And I'm warning you now, you are going to get flack for your name

I always questioned the structure. It seems like a pot builder to me.
I don't know all the odds or percentages yet but this game looks like I could play the math and come out ahead

SSH will definately help if you can adapt the strategy. C'mon, you can't tell me that there is a strong similarity in games? Just use the SSH strategy from MP on....
