I just joined the table and posted the blind. I watched the table for a few hands before I joined, so I knew it was a pretty loose table.

After they both called the flop I figured atleast one had me beat with a set, AA, or a better kicker. The player with the As said he thought I had a set of Ks.
What should I have done differently?

Good play?

I don't think you should have been in the hand at all. A "few hands" will not tell you how the table is playing and I would not have kept calling raises with K5o.

I watched enough to know that they were playing loose and pretty passive. I'm getting 5-1 PF with good position and if it hits a flop hard its getting paid off by atleast 1 player.

10 handed i wouldn't play that shit cause you'll lose more pots to flops like ace king five, then'll you'll make.. its like playing a weak ace.. you don't do it! short handed you could make an argument but still those are the hands i try to stay away from..

id toss this pf. screw "pot odds".
when you land a K your kicker might be screwed, when you land a 4, you wont bet b/c position/higher cards on flop. your only gonna do well when you get K4 on flop, or 44 etc..I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

nothing, u played this hand perfectly.. with 2 callers and no draws on the board, u have to think at least one guys got a set, or K with higher kicker.

It's cool, Eclipse...and there are 2 min. raises before the flop.
And gder is right, screw the pot odds in this situation? What were you looking for with this flop? K55? Sure you may be in position but there are 2 raises before the flop and you should not stick around. Sure, call the first raise, but the second raise means get the fuck out of there. Granted, neither should've slowplayed (min. raising) their monster hole cards, but some people do that.
If this had gone to the three of you, all-in to the flop you would've been a huge dog. And the way you're talking, you would've called and gone all-in because you were getting 3:1 on your money. I don't give a fuck if I was getting 10:1 on my money, I'm not going in with K5o.
You could've saved yourself money by just avoiding this hand and not being duped by position and odds. They're never sure fire things!BOSS

Hands like this take huge pots in these lower limits when they hit 2 pair. This would'nt have been any different if it did hit 2 pair. I'll put in another BB in NL when they want to slow play and take the chance of getting out drawn.
Obviously if I knew they would raise it again PF I would've folded, but I'll put in another .4 to see a flop and with the position to really get a huge pot if I make 2 pair.
Best example I can give you is what happened a few days ago. I've got 75o in the BB and it gets minimum raised so I call it. Flop is 468 ~2 hearts. I get 2 players all in with thier over pairs and take an $11 pot.
How many of you would've even called the extra .4 with that hand?
