PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (3 handed) converter
Hero (t4520)
SB (t5467)
BB (t5013)
Preflop: Hero is Button with,
.
Hero raises to t1200, SB calls t1000, 1 fold.
Flop: (t2250),
,
(2 players)
SB bets t800, Hero raises to t2000, SB raises to t3200, Hero raises to t3295, SB calls t95.
Turn: (t8840)(2 players)
River: (t8840)(2 players)
Final Pot: t8840
SB had been playing fairly well. Changing up his stratagy, value playing hands, seeming to take down pots with decent bets when he sensed weakness (those hands I didn't see so I don't know if he had a hand or not).
PF I figured a decent raise would show I had a hand and I wasn't makeing a play. After he called, I put him on a 50% decent hand and 50% thinking I'm making a move on him. I had seen him call a 3bb raise earlier with JT (he won by flopping 2 pair) and take down the same pot with a decent sized bet on the flop. He showed his hand for no reason (still don't figure why people do that).
When he bet out on the flop, given the size of the bet compared to the size of the pot, I really thought it was a probe bet more then anything. I raised (I think I should have pushed at that point) to show him I wasn't kidding around. His reraise put me in the think tank. I thought about the way he had played the hand to that point and decided he was either on Ax or had played a hand like JT and thought I was trying to bluff him. I had gotten fairly agressive in the past few rotations (took out 4th place several hands before with a semi-bluff that turned into a hand).
Comments on my play? Will post results after I get a few comments.

Don't care about the results, I think this was perfect. Raise to steal, Flopped a monster for Blind vs Blind. He leads out, possibly bluffing the Ace, thinking you can't call without one, so you raise just a little, not wanting to lose him, and hoping he thinks you think hes bluffing and thats a bluff raise. Well you get your chips in with a great hand and you played it fine.

Muha.... Didn't see we were 3 handed... even a better play then. And yes, depending on how the table has been playing, All-in PF is a viable option here.

I would have raise allin on the flop, but despite your play is a little bit more risky, I like it either...
I doupt he have A10 or a set here... those are hands he should slow play 3 handed... even more considering you were the PF raiser.
I think he have 9-10 and put you on an A and just dont want you to hit 2 bigger pair or trips!

At most tables; Allin Preflop.
Nice play regardless. Results don't matter.

I'm really surprized...
If you have anything else than an A, this guy lost your potential continuous bet. He dont have to protect agaist anything you could have raise PF... Well... I dont think you raise JT PF anything less than AI in this situation if you decide to play it.
Anyway... good play Trons!
BTW GL in your excursion set up...
