Default How do you think this was played?

I think this was my second orbit at this table so there wasn't too much in terms of reads on my opponents. Would you guys play this differently?

PF I tend to mix my reraises with AK with just calling, here being OOP with so many people in the pot. I opted to flat call and see if the flop hits me.

I would have raised PF. You gain a significant amount of money by raising there (in a 7 person pot, you pick up 6 extra small bets and you probably have like 20% equity, so you're profiting by at least half a bet... more if the other bettor 3-bets and some of the limpers fold)

On the flop the lead out bet was also correct. Since the better was to your left, a check-raise would only help you build a big pot rather then protecting your hand, and if he raises here the field will have to call 2 cold, which is good. When one of the other limpers 3-bets it though, you have to consider the hands he may have, since he obviously likes it. I would guess a big draw, either QJ or Axc... though he could have QJc and really be solid. He could also have KT or KQ. I'm still capping here, hoping your original raiser and the other limpers will fold, and thinking it's an okay value bet even if they don't. The original raiser could also have AK, he could have KQ, he could have AA/KK/QQ/JJ/TT/KT. He could have something as weak as AT for all we know, but with one pair every player will have outs against you.

On the turn you improved, but it made a draw possible against you. I would bet out here and see what happens... if the 3-better had KQ he should slow down, and he should now be worried if he had KT and also slow down, and he shouldn't be raising there with the flush draw. The preflop raiser raises again... he's clearly not going away and still likes his hand on this scary board. I'd start to think AK or a set is very likely, though he COULD still have KT. That's about the only hand I think he's raising here that you are beating with your two pair unfortunately. I like that the flop 3-better flat calls, and figure a flush draw, but I don't think you can 3-bet for value here. Also, you're way beyond being able to protect your hand... anyone that doesn't have a flush draw or a straight is allready drawing mighty thin against you, and the pot is so huge that they'd be a fool not to call down.

The river I think you have to check/call. It's a blank, so the flush draws should be out of it, and nobody new woke up on the turn so the straight is less likely, but the amount of strenth that UTG has shown so far on this board makes me think that top 2 just may not be any good. You may be pleasently suprised, but I'd be hoping for a split pot here and not suprised to see AA or KK.
-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.

I'd cap this PF, cap the flop and bet out on the turn. I would call the turn raise and check call the river.

I'm thinking that if he's a decent player, his starting hand requirements from UTG should be fairly tight and his raising hands should be monsters (AA, KK, QQ, AK, AQ) unless you have a read other wise. Of those hands, the only ones you are really beating are QQ and AQ with a split pot with AK. Since you didn't raise PF, he's not going to put you on AA, KK or even possibly AK so the fact that he's willing to cap with you means he's probably not afraid of those hands. However, since you were willing to cap with him but you just flat called the PF raise, you could have any 2 painted or a hand like TT (Which he's also showing he's not really afraid of). I'm guessing he's got KK or AA. I wouldn't be able to lay it down, but I would be happy with a split pot and not confident of my chances of winning this hand.

I don't mind the call PF with AK or AQ, generally here I would probably go with a 3 bet but am fine with the call.

Thats alot of flop action, looks like you found a good table. I might start to get a little worried with TPTK here, the board has a flush draw so maybe people are pushing that quite hard, hard to really tell.

The Turn is a great card.

River is pretty much a blank, I think a Bet/call is more profitable than a check call here.
