when i play LHE heads up i dont suck.
When i play PLO8b HU i absolutely kill

when i play limit o8b i get my ass kicked. i mean obsolultely. like if beavis played me, thats what it would be like. infact i quit playing it for good. I cant afford to play. why is this? i play LHE heads up and i can win, but o8b i have no chance. i noticed i cant bluff in limit o8b. or maybe i dont know how. ty

You cant bluff in limit 08. It's a straight forward game.

they are different games? you are better at one than the other? you probably dont have a sufficient sample size?

im talking HU for both.

PLO8b iv prolly played 2k HU, 5k 3-4 handed,
lim o8b i dont have a chance to play much b/c i piss my chips away too fast, 600hands myabe.

bluffing is a big part of may game and in limit, i cant get ppl off the hands. thats prolly why.

Because Limit equates to 'just one more bet' to call a bluff and if you have been tagged as a bluffer, you'll get called on the river most of the time. If you bluff in Limit, you have to get away with it a lot more so than in PL or NL simply because you don't want to showdown and have the bluff revealed. In PL and NL the cost to call a bluff is much more expensive and has to pay better than 2:1 most of the time - in Limit you can call a bluff and get over 10:1 a lot of the time so calling on the river makes more sense.
I think you're table image is costing you because you're still playing the way the othes have come to expect. When you get HU, try NOT bluffing and start trapping more often. Maybe after several traps, you can throw in a bluff and then go back to stright play/trapping again if you get caught.
