    Default pokerstars 45 player sng

i;ve been trying a new style during my sng's practicing at the 1$ buy in on stars..
At my home game i'm able to play a really loose style right off because usually were playing short handed and i can get better reads on ppl live..but online i've been trying to replicate that playing alot of hands right off and i find that at this level there is about 5 limpers per a hand, which gives me great odds to call many hands pf and chase draws on the flop, but if i miss the draw i'd have committed usually on average 300 to the pot, which leaves me a little crippled off the bat. Also with that many callers its harder to push ppl off flops on hands where you have bottom pair flush draw or oesd's because the possibilities that eather your opponet is drawing or has a hand their willing to see the river with go up..maybe this style of play works better at tighter tables?..i know though when you hit the cards early your usually good to go till the end

this style of play doesnt work. if you want to be a winning poker player, you have to have at least some degree of agression. limping in to multi way pots with trash then calling off your stack if you hit some kind of draw is silly.

in sng's, tight agressive play is rewarded early, then once the blinds raise and a few people get nocked out, super agressive all in blind stealing is required(and rewarded by the format). also, look into the gap concept. this is also an import idea.

lastly, i wouldnt be playing the 45 man sng's. the single tables are more profitable IMO
