Default Ducks in the SB - $55NL SnG

    5 left in $55 SnG.

Button min-raises and is decent, has played solid and is capable of folding.

I'm the SB and I've a very tight image and have not shown any hand less than QQ. I've got 22.

Big blind is tight and will fold when appropriate.

    What's the move?

    Implied odds are over 10:1

will you bet comfortable betting out into a ragged flop?

What do you know about the BB?

I would call, bet more flops without an Ace K or Q.

Unless you think he is donking a pair, then you still have odds to stack him,

BB is tight. 14% VPIP and has clearly made some tough laydowns.

What's the button likely have? I say either small pair, suited connector or something like KQ/KJ. He also could have AA/KK and is looking for action.

    Options:
Call: Problem is, I don't think the implied odds are here for a set. Its a real longshot that a 2 comes and he flops a good enough hand to give you all his chips. Also, the BB is still to act. Hate to call and then BB reraises.
Raise: if he's on a suited connector or weak pair he may fold. If he's sitting on KK/AA he will reraise and you have to fold. If he (or BB) calls, you are first to act after the flop. If you choose to bluff/continuation bet you will have half your chips in the pot with a pair of 2s. This might work, but for half your chips is it worth it? If you don't bet the flop, you're gonna fold to any bet.
Push: Probably take the pot down here, but if you get called, you are either a slight favorite or a big underdog. Too risky.
    Fold: probably the best move

I'd lay them down. You don't need this pot.

what is the point of min raising the the button with crap hands? Have people been folding to min raises? If people have been folding to min raises, then that changes things.

At this point in the structure min raises are sometimes respected as any involvement in a pot can be significant even for the bigger stacks.

The BB had folded to most aggression.

I've found that the main determinant of actions at this point of SnGs is the affect of each bet on the relative position of the stacks. People are very conscious of how it will affect the likelihood of making the money.

You're chip leader with only 5 left. For only 400 more it doesn't hurt your position to just call and hope to catch a set on the flop or fold. Anything more expensive than that and I agree with Seany - 'you don't need this pot' - you'll have better opportunities than these ducks.
