Default How would you play it? WSOP Circut Event Hand #1

Ok, Got back from the WSOP Circut event last week. I finished 80th out of 460 . . . I should have done much better, but made a critical error against another big stack late and it sealed my fate. I'm going to start posting hands up in a "how would you play it" style to get some feedback on my play.

Hand #1: Beginning of the tournament about 50 minutes in. The 25/25 level played extremely tight, now we're into 25/50 (levels are 40 mins). We're in seat #1. Only reads so far is that seat 4's hand shakes like a motherfucker when he hits a big hand (FH on the turn and the guy goes epileptic when he bets out), and that the woman in Seat 2 (who looks like your grandmother) plays in every circut event with her husband for the past bazillion years, but has a nasty habit of looking at her cards when seat 10 (other side of the dealer) is acting. So far I can't read when she's going to play or not, but she seems methodical, so I can feel the read coming. And seat 3 seems really dead serious about everything . . . won't even laugh at my jokes between hands (which ARE Funny dammit). We've taken 2 pots down with a PF raise after several limpers jumped in (we were in the BB and SB with absolute crap - just wanted to see how everyone would react).

Blinds 25/50, about 30 mins to go in the round
We're on the button, everyone still has about 1500 in chips (what we started with). Table was playing tight, but starting to really loosen up.

UTG+1 Raises to $200
MP Calls
CO Calls
We have:

What do we do?

I'd fold, but I can see the merit in calling or raising versus the right opponent and playing off the flop.

Assuming if you call your looking to flop a set, you gotta make 2000+ chips off the hand. Plus thats a hefty raise from early positon, followed by a few calls. I'd guess your up against at least a couple pairs higher than dueces, so you cant feel safe even if you flop a set. I'd fold.

the fact that utg+1 is makeing a bold move says i need to dump this hand. if this was a person in later position trying to take down an unopened pot, re-raising could be an option.

but, imo, mostlikely an UTG+1 raise is coming in with some heat. @ best your a 55/45 favorite. If for somereason you think hes coming in with AK AQ, by all means make the call, otherwise i fold.

im definately folding this pf.. unless u want to play it for set value.. but if UTG+1 has a stack of about 1500, then the odds wont be there to play for the set value. the stack sizes are way to low to be playing this for set value i think.. maybe if they were 2500+ then maybe i call.
just wondering, how many places payed out in that tourney? and what was the buyin?

10% of the field was paid (46 places)
Buy in was $300 + $40

I say fold (definitely if UTG+1's hand was shaking on the raise... you didn't say). IMO 2s are only decent to play for a set vs more than 1 opponent. The flop is going to hit someone and put you behind (though you are most likely behind already). Also, if you have stolen a few pots, it will be risky/difficult to try to push everyone off the pot after the flop.
Your only hope seems to be flopping a set. However, its still possible that SB or BB reraises behind you. I vote, toss it.
