    Default Style advice

I am having problems with my playing style because I play a tight game but I am not getting any respect. I play with the same people every weak and find that whenever I bluff people call or raise, even if I havnt played a hand in so long. But the gain from this is that for some reason people always call when I have a monster hand and they are not that strong. I do not know why I am not getting the respect when they see some of the hands I fold and scream at me for not playing them pre/post flop. I would appreciate any advice, I am pretty sure just playing premiem hands and not folding would work, but I do not want to rely on the cards.

Huh? What are you complaining about? Don't bluff and just bet your strong hands big.

I don't know. Maybe you just need to bet more money. Maybe they're just bad players.

The standard bets you use now (if you use standard bets), just double them or triple them and make them regret it.

Lol, that is highly true. I make bets 2/3 times the big blind and people refuse 3/5 of these people refuse to fold if they are in the blinds. Someone raised 4x the bb and two people called, and this guy wanted to call with Q,5s !

basically you are saying that you do not know how to play, and are losing money.

Don't play in that game if you can't beat it.

Wait for strong hands and push them as hard as possible. There is no bluffing a calling station.

Ya, wouldn't you just wait for a big hand, and let them dig their own graves?
