I joined pacific poker about 2 months ago and i have to tell you that it is absolutely shocking to say the least.

This is ignoring the server which makes the game slow at times and kicks you out.

I would actually like some advice though please regarding the following.

There promotions team sent me an e-mail saying that I was due a token of appreciation of 65 dollars which would be waiting for me when i next logged in. I then logged in and it wasn't there. After 4 days of e-mail exchanges, the manager has told me that due to my bonuses given to me by them earlier on in the month, that they couldn't give me anymore and that the one sent to me was a mistake by one of their team.

This to me seems absolutely ridiculous!

Surely that must be false advertising?

He even admitted in the e-mail that it was their mistake. They did offer me a %50 bonus on upto 50 dollar deposit. But I would like what was promised. It is the principle of the whole thing that grates with me.

Absolutely disgraceful.

If anyone knows who i could complain to about this i would be graetful.

Ive been playing there 2 years and Ive never been offered shit!

Although I agree the customer support is awful. I referred a friend and they got there bonus instantly. Took me over a week and 5 emails to get my share of it, although they ended up crediting me with double the amount I was due so it wasnt ALL bad.

Yeah the site sucks and the support sucks, but despite me playing at about 4 other sites, I always keep a little in Pacific just for old times sake.
