Hello everyone
My question that brings me here is this site I play at often thats a fairly large site has recently been running a program that kicks out false information and pretty much does not payout properly. I called cx support to talk to a supervisor and he pretty much said that they are aware of the problem but only for some players. Well its been going on for months now and cost me a nice sum and they still run the program. Its not right the payout is wrong and then when you look it up on there website to see what happened the information they give is incorrect, a lie!!! Its a very well known poker site kinda supriseing to me that they would run a fixed game.
I guess I am pretty much looking for advise on what to do or where can I go to report this. Thanks alot -Jsk

Are they licensed by any gaming commision or such?

You need a psychiatrist, not a lawyer.

I played on the site because (I make a liveing of the poker)the poker aspect of the site is as good as ever but there Blackjack is fixed and I have proof of that and the proof is not easy to comeby because the information givein is false. I had to take snapshots of the screen as its happening. My major concern is it effects probably hundreds of people every day and nobody is doing nothing.

you sure they don't use 5 decks and shuffle every hand? this migh make it look like it's screwey.

No its the payout you bet 2$ win and get 1$ bet 10$ double the computor puts another 5$ out there you win and only get paid 10$ now thats odd. you doubled you risk for no reward the poker site is the top 5 online.
