It's usually a crap shoot because of the rake, but if there is no rake or small rake then it is actually super profitable.

You seem like you are scared to play NL...so dont. Are you able to make money in Limit?? Trust me it can be done. You seem to lack some of the most basic understanding of small stakes limit play. If you have not already, you need to read Small Stakes HoldEm by David Sklansky. If you have, then you shouldnt have any problems with limit games.

You do have to be careful with NL, but it is still fun to play.

yea man, i think your right. After playing NL and doing nothing but losing, I am afraid to go back to it. So i'm not gonna. ANd yes, I can make money at the limit tables. and I feel way more confident sitting there.

I havent read SSH yet, but I did just finish HPFAP. So I'm sorta on the right track now.

Thanks!

I hate NL because of the swings, and I can be a very patient person, so I seem to do quite well at LLHE. Its just a different mindset, less bluffing and pushing people around, and more value betting. In terms of BB/100, you can make way more at the LLH games than you can at higher stakes.

I'm so glad that other people think this way. I was afraid NL was the only game you could make some decent money in.

I have a shit load of patience too Marm. Thats key in LLHE.
