Just looks like a poorly timed and poorly played bluff to me. There's no way he thought he had the best hand.

The PF raise I can kind of, maybe, sort of understand. The PF call w/ 8QOS I can't.
The continuation bet on the flop I can understand, as well as the re-raise with 2 pair. But to then push all-in with nothing and no draw?!?
