I actually follow these rules when i play. ONly one i break is rubbing it in when i win a big hand. If the dude is an asshole who has been rivering me, I will definately make him feel bad after i win a huge pot.

This is common sense stuff, and the young goobers who don't do this on their own aren't going to change based on their exposure to this...

The only people that deserve heckling, as gder03 mentioned, are the ones that, for example, have already been heckling the entire table and claiming that everybody they beat is their "bitch." I've had the opportunity to take some money from these folks before, but usually I still don't say anything. The cash table is not a chat room, if you want to heckle or hook up please hit the play money tables.
