What the hell man, you come here trying to warn us and we say it doesn't bother us. Why are you so persinsant on preventing us from playing DR?

true, but if someone is attacking my argument I'm responding to that. I'm not advocating the demise of DR, I stopped with my gripes long ago. All that I have done since my first two posts is address the issues brought forth concerning my argument, not DR. What's wrong with that?

Besides, wasn't it you that said that you had no intention of playing there and thanks for the advice? Now it's boo hiss when I speak and YAY! when someone in your clique does.

Sorry to have bothered you guys and wasted my time. I give a rats ass about the success or failure of doyle's room. In bringing forth a legitmate issue, specific names, places, and verified procedures, I get trash talked by people that don't even play at the site and have zero experience there, but because someone with 20,000,000 posts says that they've never had a problem, then I'm automatically a liar.

Once that is introduced, then it's important for other members to support their groupie. After all, we all know friends>truth.

So feel free to call me a liar even though you've never played there. Agree with your long time buddies. I'm sure glad I found out the status quo before I became too involved with your forums.

No one really cares what I think Poodle, but for what it's worth, I believe you and I'm glad to know about it. Will it ever prevent me from creating an account at Doyle's? Maybe not, but I'll darn sure search the net for more reviews before I deposit there. It's just a warning from one person about a bad experience and to me, it sounds not only legitamate but highly likely. Most of these online poker sites aren't know for great customer service, knowledgeable or even helpful staff, so to be treated that way isn't a real stretch of the imagination. And when you are dealing with a company over seas and you can't get anywhere with the customer service, your hands are pretty much tied.

I love Party and have never had a real problem there what-so-ever and have even had great luck talking to their support on the phone a couple times. However, I know that many people have had negative exeriences. Knowing that, I always keep it in the back of my mind and try to stay on my toes.

I don't know, I just think a bad review is just as helpful as a good review sometimes. No different than reviews of online retailers that we all read before we purchase something from them. A site will have 99% postive reviews and 1% negative and that doesn't make the 1% liars. Just my 2 cents.

Dog, every post I have ever seen like this on every forum I have read is from some first time poster. I have never seen a long time poster have a problem with ANY established site.

I did have a cashout problem with fulltilt. I posted on another forum ASK FOR OPINIONS on how to deal with it. Everything was finally resolved, end of story.

These sites are not your ATM. It costs them money for you to withdrawal.

If they get audited and accused of laundering money EVERYONES accounts could be frozen. What protects the site protects us all.

money gets locked alot when you dont follow rules when withdrawing. (deposite they dont give a shit). I got some money locked up on UB once b/c of some b.s. You just ask them to put it back in your account so 'I can play" and its all good.

your shit wa'nst varified, so it was your fault not Doyal's Room's.

It's possible that he's being paid by a rival site to post negative comments about competitor's sites. All the large multinationals have people who they employ to do nothing more than write positive letters about the company to newspapers etc. I reckon he's on the books of Party Poker!

LuckyTx; I appreciate what you say. It does take a certain level of integrity to voice an opinion on something that doesn't suit the powers that be. If it doesn't discourage you then that's great. We can all have different experiences. I imagine for the most part the majority of people have a great experience with DR. The same probably goes for just about any poker site out there. I'm a person that had a bad experience. Does that mean that everyone has/will have a bad experience? Certainly not.

And Beavis on the other side of the coin the same holds true. Just because you haven't had a problem doesn't mean nobody else will. Why am I a liar, because YOU'VE never had a problem? What a ridiculous line of thinking.

and then right after...

Ok so no long time poster has ever had a problem, yet you posted on a problem you had with full tilt. And you say MY story doesn't add up *laugh*.

I would venture to say that the reason that many people that complain about sites are newcomers is probably due to the fact that it's the problem they have that causes them to post on forums when they normally wouldn't. I've read this forum for a couple of months, never posted. I got pissed and how horrible I was treated so I figured I'd post on it. I've posted on other threads too but I don't run around saying hi and hello to every single person. I rarely speak but when I do it's on a topic that should be discussed.

1. My "shit" was verified. Over the phone several times, via fax twice. Besides that problem was resolved as I'm stating for the third or fourth time now.
2.I left because their site went down and they kept the prize pool for tournaments.

It's obvious that your participation in this thread is minimal gder03, maybe you should go back and read my posts before you make more innaccurate comments about them, instead of using this as an opportunity to take a pot shot at me because at the moment it's "fashionable" to do so.

Quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Hmm, what is more likely, that a person had a bad experience at a poker site, or there is some conspiracy for a rival site to pay me to come to your forum, and trash talk DR?
I wonder if Beavis is being paid by DR to talk bad on full tilt's cash out. After all he is a doyle's room member. HMMM!

Seriously though, is pokerforums.org affiliated with Doyle's Room or something?

In any case Doyle's did process my cashout. They apologized to me for the ID thing, they comp'd me, and then when I wanted to leave, they let me leave with all but .61c of my money.

Today while I was waiting on my cashout, I played the .61 and did well, up to 12.86 now. That is the best % gain I've ever had for a single day.

Maybe if you weren't overly concerned about ego bonch you would have referred me to a poker site and collected a bonus for signing me up. Too bad someone else beat you to it.

I like when ego is more imporatnt than dollars. Please sit at my table.
