Do the 4+1 SnG's help?

Do the .4+.1 SnG's help my game at all? Becuase im playing at Everest Poker winning the freerolls then playing these, is it worth it or should I save up for .10+.1 or .25+.1 SnG's?

Save up for the higher ones. Do they really offer 25+1?

who cares if they help... if you can win the consistently then build you bankroll with them untill you have enough to play in the 10$ ones consistently..

4+1 is awfully tough to beat if the other players are close to decent.

Just play them till you can have enough to play the higher limits so you can take the fishies their for more money. As if it will help your game, playing fishies really won't get you much better and since everest has horrible play I don't think it'll get you better.

the juice is sick! your paying 1/4 yo the casino. PLace something where its like 10%. so .10+.01, or .50+ .05 etc... .40+.10 is sick man.

It will be very hard to beat with a 25% vig. Play the 10+1

But seriously. 4 cents? Why bother? Surely nobody who lives in America can play seriously for these stakes? Build your bankroll? You would have to win maybe 50 in a row to make $10. Just go and get a proper job for a week if you want to build your bankroll.
