I don't know if anyone else has had a problem, but i requested a cashout on November 6 from TRUEPOKER, and after 2 weeks, nothing, so i emailed them, they said give it a month, it's over a month now and after about 3 more emails since that first email, they have not gotten back to me with nothing, my last email to them was a week ago, i even left my telephone number, not even a peep from them.

i'm out $650 right now and they appear to be ignoring me.

Anyone else have this problem from them???

Usually they are very good with payouts. I have never had a problem with them, and the longest they took with me was a few days via Neteller, and about a week or two via a check...

May I ask what payment option you used and how you are expecting the money?

i paid using a credit card, they issued a check via regular mail, $650
just got a reply from them yesterday, said that they are still looking into it.

it's already been a month. it's not the best thing during xmas and everything.
