Default Do PP single-Multi Tables help?

In your opion do Party Poker free-roll single or Multi NL/PL Table tournaments help you for playing Real-chip games? Becuase im somewhat new and I don't have any money in my accont now, so I was woundering if this would help me step up my game playing real money?
Also to let you know I just play'd my first Multi-table game finished 2897th place of 3500. Is this decent for a beginner?
For a bit of detail I was chip leader for a short time, got low enough to 400chips and raised the blind to 175 with .
Flop was . Everyone checked I went all in, Turn River
I had two pairs K and Q but lost to a Flush.
So can someone tell me if these tables will improve my Real-money games where i'm playing with play-chips?
Thanks.

I started my online career playing play money SnGs, it teaches you some basic strategy regarding playing quality hands and being patient. I was playing the highest "buy-in" play money games and winning consistantly before I started playing the lowest real money games. Using the same strategies you'll win the low buy in real games, so yes it is helpful.

I found the MTT free tourney's less helpful, too many nuts to beat, and I didn't see much point in playing solid poker for 3-5 hours to win nothing. The SnGs were a decent way to kill an hour.

i think a bad cash game player can beat a good play chip player.

I learned on PP SnGs.

Ususally once you are down 4 handed play is somewhat realistic.

I learned at PS playchip SnGs. I played 2000 buyin 5 table ones. They aren't that bad.

Sit-n-Go tournament - when it fills up, it gets underway.

As opposed to scheduled tournaments, which have a fixed start time.
