anyone here a dealer?
i was looking at some schools and its about $300 bucks to be a certified poker dealer...anyone a dealer give me some info on how much u make and where..school etc..the shabang plse...pm me or here would be ok. thanks in advance  |

Heh, I played at Showboat AC over the weekend and one of the guys playing was a dealer at Taj Mahal. He said, and the dealer of our table agreed with him, that the base rate was $4.00 per hour plus tips.
At Showboat it appeared that the dealers got their individual tips and were not on a pooled system.
Hope that gives you a little insight. If you need the other stuff I can connect you with whatever you need, although I don't partake in that sorta shebang.

Foxwoods base pay is similar, some pawltry amount below $5 an hour.
There tips are pooled and the rate is in the neighborhood of $18.25 an hour.
