Default Pokerstars software bug

I was playing a 180 seat NL Hold'em Sit'n'go at Pokerstars a few days ago. I was the BB, holding KK, two players limped, both short-stacked. I raised a little bit more than half the stack of the first caller, he went all-in (as I had hoped), the other guy called (as I had hoped), but when the action got to me there was no raise button. I wanted to put the other guy all-in, but was only given the option to call.
That isn't right is it? Is it some sort of bug in Pokerstars software?

are you sure it wasn't raised back and forth a few times more than that? there is a limit to the amount of betting per round.

an all-in raise has to be a certain amount of the original raise to count as a full raise.

for example if you raised to $100 got a call and then a player went all-in for $125 you could only call since this is not considered a full raise. it is usually like 1/2 of the original raise
