ok, first of all, hello, haven't talked in a while. I've stayed off the computer a lot and have been sticking to live games and not playing online. Glad to see you've all been flourishing in my absence

anyway, the back story:
For a couple years I've used betus.com for my football betting. One day I saw they had a poker room and I figured I'd give it a shot. The logic? If its full of sports betters who decide to give poker a shot after watching holdem on tv, they can't be very good. So I put in my $100 and play for a bit, I lost a little till I found the soft game. They have 6 person sit and go's that pay the top two, blinds go up every 3 minutes. Since these players mostly suck, if you're real aggressive you can stay almost even with the blinds while everyone else's stack dwindles. Its a nice racket really, I made some decent cash. However, I closed my account tonight. The problem:
I was in a 6 player tourney, 5 players left. I was chipleader as usual and made a strong raise preflop with 10/10, get reraised by 3rd stack all in and I call figuring a coin flip and I have chips to gamble with. He has KK, ouch, I'm down to about $1500 (you start with $2000). VERY NEXT HAND, I'm on the button with 7/4os, I decide to fold after seeing one caller and one fold in front of me, I click on fold, nothing happens, I click again, still nothing. All of the sudden, I see that all my chips are in the pot and I had two callers. WTF? of course I lose the hand. I've heard of other sites folding you or protecting your hand with the "treat as all in" but never a Raise of $1100 to go all in. I click on the live help option and they won't do anything. I call the 888 number and the guy was a total jerk. He was like "well you must have clicked all in by mistake, our software won't put you in unless you click it". I try to reason with him. Ok, since I wasn't in a great position you don't even have to give me back the $$. How about free entry into a MTT? One of the $5 buy in 500 person deals. Or even a couple thousand action points (they use those to reward you for raked pots and tournament fees, you can redeem them for tournament entries and stuff). He was like "I can't do that". I asked if there was anyone there who could. He said no. I said, you want me to take all my money out of the account over $5? He said "there's nothing we can do". So I closed my account and I will be closing my sports betting one as well.
Anyone else ever hear of anything like this?
