Default What has been your longest dry spell?

Just curious, I've been going on about a week now of just running in place. My pocket Kings just lost to a 4,5 a calling station was holding  I guess staying about even is better than losing. But this has been one of those weeks I see some guys on here are turning $25 into 2500 and a few hundred into the thousands. I'm hoping next week is better, I know some guys have had it worse than what I'm in now but I was just wondering.

So during this time I'm assuming it's not a bad idea to tighten up my play considerably? For the last week or so I've tightened up quite a bit. I also on the advice of MANY here got PT and have about 2300 hands in it so far. I had it rate me and I came up loose passive/aggressive which I'm not sure if that's the type of player I'm striving to be. Right now I'm just trying to stay with playing the hands that have proven to be the strongest for me (which I'm sure are about the same for just about everyone).

TAA or a "controlled" LAA is what you shoulb be striving to be. Loose passive is super fish mode(calls lots raises rarely) although your post flop agression is probly better.

Yeah I realized afterwards seeing my rating I was playing too loose (I liked to see too many flops). I guess watching a bunch of people calling a pre-flop big raise with rags and winning started to get the better of me for a while . I'm in the process of reading some books now and trying to understand and learn alot of the math behind it (which isn't all that easy for me).

Angry

I went 1 for 38 with Open-Ended Straight and/or Flush draws off the flop.

THATS gotta be a record. I am currently 1 for 11 with the same draws.
