Default Hide n go suck out...I mean seek

I decided last night to make a deposit somewhere to play poker all night. Back and fourth and ended up at Poker Stars...this time. I need money but can't afford to lose...LOL. SO, I played mostly long handed and tighter than ever. My flop % including the blinds was 18% long handed and about 5% more short handed over 1000 hands! I'm usually 10-12% higher and can deal with the flop accordingly. I must say it was a relief in a way not having to think as much and there was less variance in my game even on a very short BR. I played anywhere from 3/6 to 30/60 limit and 1/2 and 2/4 NL with hardly any BR to mention, yeah I know it was risky but the tight play got me through and I turned $600 into over $1600. Then I played some 5/10 short handed and realized something. Talk about a higher chance of getting sucked out! Since I mostly play short handed I was feeling the pain of getting sucked out one too many times. Now I know why and where, there mostly playing in the short handed games! I'm going to continue playing at the long handed games (2 tables), limit that is for a while.

Maybe that is why I could never win at Party Poker? One thing is for sure, it seemed like the higher limit games were easier...at least last night? I mean, I didn't win over a grand playing 3/6 in one night. In fact I'm getting addicted to the higher limit tables. Not sure I can play less than 3/6 ever again. I was already never going to play less than 2/4 as it was.

It was a one time deal only. It requires a $7500 BR not $20K. Put some spice in your life.

OK bboy,

I go by 250x the BB or big blind not the big bet. It works for me even though I didn't have the BR this time.

Never the less I took a chance which I stated ahead of time. The point I was making is where the suck outs were mainly coming from.

God forbid if one should go against the rules. In any case I'm winning

how does it work for you? maybe it will work at 2c/4c but it is actually proven that most players will need 300BB as in big bets to never go broke. 7500 at 30/60? please some 30/60 players lose 10k in one day and don't sweat it.

so higher limits = less suckouts? doubtful.

higher winrate though? i think not.

cards are the same and will fall the same for any amount of money played!!!
