Something doesn't seem right
From personal experience whenever I'm all-in with a pocket pair that is smaller than my opponents cards like AQ, AK vs. my 55, 66, 77, 88 I lose most of the time? I'm favorite to win even though not by much but my feeling is always to have the overcards which confirms my feeling even if I'm wrong. Mike Caro though does say the cards for some people will never even out in their life time. I think I'm one of those people. I just don't want to be the sucked out King.

I don't have PT, but I know that heads up any pocket pair is better than any non pocket pair even though it doesn't seem that way.

it just SEEEEEEMS that way because your brain is remembering all the times you should have won and forgetting all the times you do win.
Same when your Aces get cracked, your brain doesn't remember all the times AA beats 33 because it is supposed to, but it sure as hell remembers all the times it loses to 33.

This is why you NEED an objective point of view.
Go download PT!
(Just got it registered yesterday myself. I have no idea yet what I should be looking at in all this avalanche of new information, but wealth is better than dearth any day. )

Remember, a pocket pair is only a favourite against two overcards when you're heads up.
And I also agree with the comment about the brain remembering bad beats more clearly than wins.

I understand it's only when heads up. I have poker stove to check things out. I'm not going to be a slave to PT, someday I'm going to play the game live for a living. No PT, bonuses, rakeback, a little demon sitting on your shoulder telling you what to do, hiding behind your computer screen when your bluffing, etc.

PokerTracker is a useful tool, some people use it as a crutch which in my opinion is wrong, but if you use it properly than it works great.

Especially with the add-on app I'm writing for v2 and when V3 comes out, Live games will be very very easy to do in PT.
