Default Good news about suck outs

In general people have complained about being sucked out one too many times. It happens to everyone and we suck out on other people too. Of course the better players will get sucked out more since they usually don't play the dog as much. I feel like if it wasn't for the suck outs, I would be god dam rich. Well, I'm looking at this in a different way now. If the "fish" who are doing most of the sucking out on other players, never sucked out, then they wouldn't win enough and quit playing. If that happened, then who would be paying the better players to play poker? So, we need to get sucked out so we can make some money instead of none. All hail the suck outs.

I've tried to feel like that for a while and most of the time I succeed. Once I see a calling station I try to stay at that table for a long time. Even if he sucks out on me a couple times, I tell myself that I want him there and eventually I'll have his money.

Mentally it's an easy excercise, emotionally, it can be rather trying at times

Sure, they can, but will they? If they lose too much and get discouraged?

If someone really does play badly and win anyway (instead of actually outplaying you) then you should make a note of this player and sit at his table often. You will make back the sucked-out amount and more, and there's no better cure for the pain.
