Not sure what to think of this.

Was playing at Pacific Poker in a Sit and Go.

Began with 10 people and now we were heads up. I had an approx 10:1 chip lead.

Had $9100 to his $900.

Was holding - and the flop came - - x.

I didn't want to scare him away and checked.

The next card was .

Didn't want to scare him away so checked.

It didn't matter as he folded anyway!

Does it count as a royal flush if I didn't get to flip the cards?

My understanding is that if this happens on the crypto sites - you don't even get the Royal Flush bonus - you have to go to show down.

Let this be a warning: If you get a Royal flush on some sites stop betting.

The other thing is this. That if there is a RF bonus or bad beat bonus: if you have a set of 8s for example and your convinced the other guy has two cards to a str8 flush then it can be worth taking the 1in 49 chance that you get the bad beat- This would be extremely rare.
