I started a new job a couple weeks ago and one of the guys at work knows of a home tourney every week. It's actually a poker night where they play several tourneys. All are $10 buy in with the first 2 having a +$1 for the house (the host provides hotdogs and sodas and chips). He said there is usually 10-15 people there and the guy converted his garage into a poker room with professional tables and all.
I'm going to play tonight. It'll be my first live game in quite a while. My first since I started really trying to improve my game, so I'm looking forward to using my new knowledge. I'll post when I get home and let ya'll know how I did. I would say "Wish me Luck", but luck is for people who don't have skill
