This sounds about right. I don't know how to play craps, but this seems right for some reason, I tihnk I heard it before.

I don't know about that, it seems sort of weird. I remember reading on 2+2 about a casino that had something mislabaled, it was paying 80:1 on what was a 50:1 shot, or something like that. It should have payed 40:1. I know some people flew out to play that game until it got noticed. I can't imagine them being in legal trouble for that, but then again, I'm a pretty naive kid.

Craps is -EV there is a +EV bet that you can"try" to make after the first throw but it is against the rules and most places will not allow it.

Not saying the casino would get in any real trouble, but according to what Sklanksy wrote about his WPT All-in Poker game, he had to prove to the gaming commision that the house had an edge to get the game approved to be tried in a casino.
I am sure if the gaming commision was aware of the problem you stated, they would have made the casino fix it.

Shawn is correct about the craps odds bet. It is a 0 EV and is the only bet there is that is a 0 EV in the casino unless you count cards in Black Jack. Just stick with poker instead.

Yeah I agree it's best to just stick with poker although I do extremely well with mini baccarat ( I am a good guesser hehe, actually it's like borderline esp). My first at baccarat I took 150 and turned it into 3500 in that game. I had all the pit bosses all watching me like i actually could cheat or whatever.
I just told them I listen to the little voices in my head, and I always do well at that game. I do pretty well too at craps but don't understand the majority of it.

Forget about your voices, in the long run those voices will be saying quit now before you end up on the street dead broke.
YOU CAN'T BEAT CASINO GAMBLING! I'm good at playing craps but I know I could never beat the game in the long run. Nobody can but people have lost millions trying.

Your preaching to the choir on this one, I don't get into casino gambling much, never implied that i am trying to beat the casino, I just said i do usually well when I do go every blue moon.
