Can I dump my money from poker accounts into my friends netellers account?

Nope... the poker room sends it to the Neteller account registered under the same email address as your poker account.

neteller has user to user transfers.

im sure there is an assreaming fee but it is there if you have to do this.

The fee for Neteller user to user transfers is only 2%...not as bad as their instacash deposit fee, at least.
