I believe I have figured out what t33h means.

It is any situation where you have a brain cramp, whether writing straight instead of flush or when you cannot remember a name for the life of you.

"what the t33h is that guys name?"

"I meant to write flush but I had a t33h moment"

"I went to the refridgerator to get a drink but forget it in the kitchen! total t33h thing to do"

"I knew I was beat on the river but I came down with a case of t33h and called anyway"
