here is something to think about

guy on Party at 1/2 O8 plays 75% of his hands preflop raises 50% of them and wins 14 BB/100 for over a year (my PT stats on him are for a 3 month period but I have seen the same bizarre play for over a year). I inform party of it they send me their customary e-mail of we looked into it and found nothing.

And wouldn't the smart cheat purposely lose here and there?

this is the reason I no longer play at party

Marm, keep in mind I'm not saying its true, I just want to get it out here and listen to some opinions or maybe someone has concrete facts about why it is false. You are making it out to seem like I am a conspiracy nut where I am just trying to get STONE COLD facts on this

Ask dem about Party cracking down on cheaters. Go to the PT forum and read abouot all the accounts that have been frozen (nice enough though, they let (forced) the players cash out first, then deleted their accounts). PP is pretty hardcore on crushing hacker type stuff.

Their Cust Support people are idiots though. One guy wrote them and asked about the using PT and if it was ok. They sent him an email about how he could only use the July bonus.

the difference is poker tracker is easy for party to spot because it is not hidden because they felt there was no need to.

Are you 100% sure this isn't going on? I'm not, but I'm 99% sure. It's that 1% i'm interested in and apparently so are other people or i wouldn't have gotten the E-Mail.

I need more proof of it is false other than Marm says so.

I'm not saying its not... just like Im not sure that PS doesnt rig their deals (DEAD).

I'm just saying that the emails you posted were very very vague on what they were refering to. Maybe thats why the one guy has been ignored. Theres nothing there to get worried over...

Now if one them had a littel more detail, like methodology of this scam, then I'd be interested. I'm not scared of the bogey man just because he was in some horror stories... There is no substance to this rumor, from what you've posted. Now if you got more, Cough it up, 'cause I am VERY interested....

The problem is I have no more info that it is the purpose of the thread, to see if someone else does.

Why would you investigate something you already have proof of either way?

This thread isn't about proving or disproving through arguemnet or conjecture it is about finding out conclusively.

There was some cheat that promised (not PokerEdge) to let you see everyones hole cards on Party Poker in real-time.

I can't imagine anything but the server having all hole card information before the hand is at the showdown, even a 3rd rate programmer would spot that security flaw.
