I just cashed out with neteller. Does the money go into my neteller account, or my bank account? If in neteller, how do I see the amount in my neteller account? I just logged in, but there is no link to see the amount of funds available, only links on how to deposit money into my neteller account. Arghhh, this is frustrating. Someone, please help. Support@neteller has still not replied to my emails.

If you cashed out from a site to Neteller, the money will be in Neteller until you move it. There should be a "my account" link or something like that (been a while since I've logged in).

Thanks. I'm having the same exact problem. Neteller, what a stupid setup. I'm never using it again.

You have to certify your account with Neteller before you will see the amounts in your account. Prior to certification, all they show you is a deposit screen, none of the other screens. Yes, it is confusing, but just give their customer service a call and they will straighten it out for you.

Once you get everything set-up correctly, Neteller is painless. It is all I use now.

call there help line, I talked to those ppl for about 3 days straight untill i got everything figured out.. also it's a good idea to comfirm your identity and set up your bank account with them, then you 'll be able to apply for the debit card, which is sweet. takes one day for the money to go from the pokerstars website to netteller then put it on the debit card instantly....or transfer it to your base bank account. really sweet system
