Tried to logon to one of the poker sites, couldn't. So emailed them, they said "Your account has been frozen due to a possible charge back on your
account, you will need to send us a copy of your credit card and also a
copy of a valid ID, in order for your account to be reactivated."

I ask them what that meant they go
"We received a correspondence (Retrieval Request) from Firepay requesting confirmation on user.
In order for us to give them this information, we are asking you to fax us a clear copy of credit card used and a valid pictured ID."

I still don't get what that means. I haven't used Firepay before. Can anyone translate?

Means you need to contact both firepay and the site and tell them you have never used Firepay and WTF is up with this? Sounds like somebody is trying to ID theft ya and they caught it.....

I HATE when they do this... Bodog REQUIRED me to FAX them the ID, I couldnt even scan and then email them.

Freaking had to go to copyworks...err big waste of time.
