Default newbie neteller question

hey ok this is probably a totally retarded question and i'm missing something really obvious here, but i opened a neteller account a few weeks ago and then four days ago told pokerstars to withdraw $200 from my account into my neteller account and i have no idea if i ended up getting it. the pokerstars email said allow 72 hours, but that's over...

when i sign into neteller, it goes straight to the page that shows the ways to deposit and i can't figure out how to see a balance or anything. i thought when i had money in it it would just go to a balance page or something...

if anyone can tell me what i'm missing here, i'd appreciate it a lot.

1. log into PS, go to cashier, and check history. You should see a Neteller Credit back for your withdrawal.

If the withdrawal went through.

Log into NT. Click the "account" tab.

There should be a view transaction screen right in the middle of the page, and account info off the right. There is an account balance in the account info.

You can also try to withdrawal and it will show you the available amount.

If the pokerstars shows the transaction, but you have no balance, there should be a chat option or you can call Neteller.

Have you certified your account yet?

Hit the live chat button and they should be able to help you, but if you haven't certified a bank account yet, that may be the problem.

I had hard time with them when i first started too, but your log in screen looks nothing like mine,

For the benefit of others reading this thread, the same thing happened to me. Neteller's site is very confusing when signing up for a new account. In my case, the certification went through, but didn't make it into their system the first time. A few days of waiting and staring at this same screen with no explanations, just several ways to give them money and a phone call was placed. They had to verify the account all over again, then the proper screens showed up to access the full account. It would be much more helpful if that screen shown above told you that you aren't seeing everything and to certify to gain proper account access.

Just another reason to use FIREPAY:
BETTER SERVICE
CHEAPER DEPOSITS ($4MAX COMPARED TO LIKE THE RIDICOULOUS 8% ON NT)
