Ok been going to home games....and me and a group of friends are trying to play it by the rules as much as we can.
An incident happened last night....very minor I would just like to know the rules on it. A player raised 30 (We play by denominations of 1,5,10,20,50) another played wanted to re-raise he said he re-reraises and makes it 45....but he is suppose to make it 60. Is the player who re raised allowed to take his chips back and fold or does he have to honor his raise he stated?

Actually the blinds are important here, because the original raiser is making it 30, but if the blinds are 5/10 he is only raising 20. So technically the re-raiser only needs to raise to 50 not 60 in this case.
No he should not be allowed to take his chips back in this case, he needs to raise at least the minumum amountRead my musings on poker and life at PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog
