Here are three questions I have for PokerStars/Full Tilt, what questions do you guys want answered?
Will Full Tilt still offer Rakeback?
will PokerStars continue to run Fill Tilt Poker as a “fairer” site for small stakes players, offering some kind of flat rakeback deal?
will PokerStars nuke the trifecta of rewards programs at Full Tilt (FPP’s, Iron Man, and Black Card) and implement the more common tiered rewards system?
will they be bringing some of these pros back into the folds of Full Tilt Poker, or will they move the company’s marketing in a new, non-sponsored-pro direction?

Some questions about the relaunch of Full Tilt Poker

I think it will be similar to when Dana White bought strikeforce and when Vince McMahon bought WCW, it will operate for a while, but ultimately stars wont give a shit about it and will do the minimum... I cannot remember a single instance where someone purchased a competitor and worked hard to make that brand shine, but I can think of a few were they bought it and slowly killed it

They had other rewards as well I think with their training as well that were in addition to the FPP's. Not to mention they were running promos like WSOP fantasy pools and such, which got you into freerolls for cash and FPP's.
The one good thing is they did have lots of charity tourney's that I thought were really well done and would be good to see them back.
It would also be interesting to see if the Durrr challenges remain on the site. Plus, you got to think Ivey will be back on the site in some capacity.

August 9th, 2012 #5My name is Shyam Markus, and I'm the Poker Room Manager at Full Tilt Poker. I'm here in this thread to answer poker room related questions and give updates on our progress as we prepare for relaunch. Before I get to those questions, I first need to address the fact that I was also FTPDoug.
I've been with the company since late 2005. In mid-2006, shortly after we all moved to Dublin, my co-worker and I (both having similar, Poker Room related jobs) thought it would be a good idea to answer questions on 2+2 and give some more details about what was in each update. He created the "FTPDoug" account and I tagged along. He wrote I think 3-5 of the very early "FTP Answers" posts, but quickly left those posts to me and since late 2006 nobody wrote an "FTP Answers" post except for me.
The above quote is almost mindboggling to me. Wasn't FTPDoug the guy who was lying about the security of account balances and that they were working on getting players paid in the immediate aftermath of Black Friday? His credibility has to be 0.0 at this point. Full Tilt had perhaps the worst customer sevice/Public Relations of any pre-Black Friday poker room and they are keeping the same guy in charge???? Makes no sense to me
***Edit*** LMAO, apparently the site substitutes Google Page Ranking for the two letters P+R, might have to fix that

I am going off of memory here, but wasn't it already determined that FTPDoug was a black woman?

I thought it was that Google Page Ranking lady that everyone makes fun of, lara or Laura something (that butchered Jungleman's involvement with the Girah thing), could be totally wrong, but in any case I don't think it was ever confirmed, just speculation
