After my first deposit on this site, the money was not avaiable for play in the poker rooms, only sports betting. This was not made clear to me during the deposit process, when i asked for a refund or access to play poker i was denied here is the conversation i had with their live chat

They handled this situation very badly, although it was interesting for me, and now I must avoid betonline. They are licensed though. so you should get your money back no problems, even if it takes business days. If not then you should contact there license holder, and inform them about the situation.
