You did not say which blog you found it on. Does the ipad require a service contract? There are free devices all over the web if your willing to sign a contract. You mention a "grand prize" but don't say what it is. A link or more info would make this post a bit more useful! On the surface it sounds like just another promotion that sounds better than it is!
