Ok so im a casual player who has played on and of for 3/4 or so years..a very casual player, sometimes i will play alot..othertimes i wont play for months!!.
This may seem like a stupid question but is it just best to stick to what you are good at?.
with MTT tournements i have had a few notable wins - however ALL have been at micro buy ins. player numbers are not exact but correct to within 100 players.
$2 - 500 players - 1st place
$1 - 1200 players - 2nd place
$3 - 2500 players - 3rd place
$1/2/3 - 5000+ players - multipul final table results usualy busting out about 5/7th place.
and of course countless placing in the money or busting out before the money.
Cash games however i just dont seem to do very well in , with cash games i usualy lose money and bankroll. same with sit and go tournements..
however MTT tournements i am up in a big way. But i never keep the money in my bankroll i usualy cash out the whole amount and leave in mabey 30 dollars or so.
I like the idea of the instant cash wins, but the MMT payoffs can be huge. Should i just stick to what i have been sucsessfull in the past? rather than play both do you think i should focus all my efforts into MTT tournements? and not play cash games at all?.

Why not Sit and Go's and Tournaments? You will have lots of downswings in tourneys, so it's best to play both, that way your always making money.
