Hi,
I was wondering what people thought was the best format for a team poker event. Often these are not taken seriously or don't have a 'real' team element, but I think there must be a way of having a fun and engaging team event that feels like a team event.
I was thinking of a shootout format- 10 x 10 teams, one team member on each table. Teams rotate each level BUT LEAVE their chipstacks on the table - hence each team member plays a variety of the other teams players with various situations and reliant on their previous team event for a good chipstack.
Then on the final table becomes a usual type competition. Team points awarded for various finishes?
What do people think?
Cheers
Will
