Is BB like when they say Big Bet is that the big blind or 4x the big blind? Are winning players in no limit also rated on BB's won

I think the term 'big bets' is generally used for limit poker, since there are two different betting amounts. I suppose you can use it for no limit, though. I think 'big blind' is more common.
In regards to 'per number of hands,' I think it's BB 100. So it's the amount earned per 100 hands played.
