Bankroll took a hammering from $25 down to $5.
No major run of suckouts simply been running into pockets hitting a set and AA.
Seems every table I've played my opponents have either flipped over aces or hit a set.
I think the last few games I walked into traps playing overly aggressively through frustration.
Happens to everyone I suppose and seems the cure is to leave the cards alone until it feels "right" again.

Putting the cards away for a couple of weeks.

Putting the cards away for a week when you're feeling down is ALWAYS a great idea.
After that, follow up by sitting down and studying with a clear head and try to understand where and why things went wrong, look for something you can do or change. Sometimes you'll see that there was nothing you could do, that's okay too, since you'll know it was beyond your control.
This will help you improve so you can win more and rebuild the confidence you need to ward off tilt for longer periods. When you start playing again, don't play too much! Remember to take time to enjoy other things in your life.

Not going to sound like a daft little man but isnt a minimum bankroll like $50 for 2NL ?

Word of advice, get at least $ 120 on there for micro limits...
its a very comfy roll
regards,
also... try not to flip so much even with AA... you're still FLIPPING...
heads or tails, you just got unlucky on an eventual 50/50 scenario

good luck. take 2 weeks off and chillax.
if Knight already said all this, just ignore me, I couldnt be bothered to read his posts.
