Sounds confusing?

what is confusing? read the entire blog? im happy to answer questions. our unconscious state of mind is always going to effect our play.

Dude....are you honestly telling me that you can tell when I'm going to have downswings? I dont believe.

Obviously I think the unconcious mind is hugely important in poker...to be honest that's what your "gut" or intuition is telling you. I once did a course in NLP and realised that what I was learning with my concious mind was being done far more effectively by my unconcious mind!
