I just started learning how to deal poker/blackjack/paigow poker. I am not a gambler, and I dont even play often. I learn from other card dealers that when they work, sometimes they are tempted to gamble their money during their off-time.
Do you guys know any books to read to prevent me from becoming a gambler? or any videos?

What books do you read to get some self-control in gambling?

I refuse to suggest a book that will stop you becoming a "gambler" as gabling is extremely exciting and profitable, if you know how to do it properly. Hopefully, you've heard of tilt and if you have you know you've been on tilt before. Everyone has.
The book I'm going to suggest prevents you from going on tilt after you've lost a small sum of money. Successfully doing this maximizes your profit in poker, other games and possibly regular betting. Anyway, the book is called "Zen and the art of poker" and the author is Larry Phillips. It really is an essential read if you're worried about losing large sums of money.
Josh.
