    Default BORED!

I'm so bored with play money tables, but I don't know how else to practice. What can I do?

Yes. And too young for a casino.

How do I find a home game then? Just ask around?

Yeah, pretty much but I find that poker games can be just as hard to find as dungeons and dragons games.

Aren't poker games outside a casino technically illegal?

Depends on your State/Age/Stakes. Often times where home poker games are legal, the best place to find new games is in a bar, being under 21 that's a big problem for you (even if a home game is legal 18+).
