I've been reading as much as possible on poker theory recently, and i've frequently heard commercial training sites mentioned.
The thing is, most of these sites cost like $30 a month for a subscription, and considering my bankroll is only like $45 in total, it's a bit steep.
What kind of benefit does these sites typically give, and what approach would you recommend to a fairly new player with limited money?
Also, is there anything else there than training videos and premium content? Do they offer any individual coaching?
(yeah, i could just put more money in, but since i'm profitable at .1/.2 i'd like to work my way up)

If you ask my opinion, It is better that you will just look for some tutorials online for free. It may be an added advantage if you will subscribe for it but the cost of it may affect for budget later on. There are also some free trials and demos for starters so There is no need to subscribe and pay some expensive lessons. Try to budget our money and take things one step at a time.

If you are planning on moving to $50NL and above (assuming you are playing cash games) then I would recommend trying out training sites.
Cardrunners is pretty good, I have a couple videos from them.
