I disagree, it is a matter of preferrence.
What kind of limits are you looking for.
What makes up a good SnG to you.
What kind of tables do you like to play.
Party has a fast SnG, bad rake scheme at the low limit tables, and maniac opponents.
It is the only site I have not been able to profit on steadily, and I can't afford to play there and get to the long term unless I am getting paid a reload bonus.
Best thing to do is get a neteller account, and try out some different sites.

good question..in my personal opinoin I would say paradise is best for low limit ging games and SnG's..for Multi's I would go with PokerStars
