3/6 on Party

why are the worst players on the planet always in the party 3/6 games? be it hold em or omaha 8 I run into people that seem to be either from the Helen Keller school or angry ex-wives that ran across their husbands passwordtrying to fuck them over by losing all their poker money.

The play here really doesn't make sense, and not 1 guy I'm talking 3 or 4 to a table that really have NEVER played before! the 1/2 games are tighter and better played.

Yes, surprisingly I'm finding that 2/4 and 3/6 are increeeeeeeediblyt easy lately. There are seriously like 3-4 >40% VP$IP's at each of my tables.

And also, yes, 1/2 is just a shit-zone. If you have enough cash just go straight to 2/4 so you don't waste your time at 1/2.

I SUCK AT SHORTHANDED HOLD EM!!!!! I have to say my weakest play is with 5-6 players so if you see me at a shorthanded table I'm a fish. But I'll kick ass playing 4 handed or less for some reason

I am the same way, the variance is a killer, and I get married to hands that are good to bet, but not good for a raise.

Stud and Omaha really kill me short handed, still seems like someone always has the nuts.

I love playing shorthanded, and preferably heads up, Omaha 8 and Stud 8.

I almost only play shorthanded online now, but yeah, I started witht he $25NL and the 1/2 games and was very up and down. I won a tournament and practically built a whole roll to take off on the 3/6 and 5/10 on Party along with the $50NL game on Stars. I was surprised at this too.

Maybe it's because locals out of AC and Vegas can't find a game cheaper than 3/6 and 5/10 in a casino when they play and they think they're too good for 1/2 "because they've played live poker."

That's really the only explanation that I can think of. I know I'm grasping at straws to rationalize here, but it's all I can think of.
