Freeroll, or have money transferred to your account...

If you don't have a checking/savings account yet open one. Now i realize you are not old enough to be by your self but you can go on an account with a parent. Or, in my state (PA), all they have to do is sign a "parental guarantee of a minor" form stating that they will pay back anything that you don't. Ie. drawing your account negative. And you can be on all by yourself.
If your parents will do that then all you have to do is open a firepay or netteller account and take the money from the checking account. Just tell them you want to start to learn how checking accounts work so when you have bills of your own you won't mess them up.

1.) Open a poker account(free).
2.) Open an Ebay account(free).
3.) Open a Neteller account(free)
4.)Open a Paypal account(free)
5.) Sell some crap you don't need, like a ps2, baseball cards, basically anything that is worth money on Ebay. When the buyer purchaes the item, have him send the money to your paypal account. Then send it to Neteller/poker site.

Perhaps the pay pal account does, but obviously you have not looked at any of the online checking sites (Firepay, Netteller, etc) or any of the poker sites. NONE of them REQUIRE a credit card.

I had a credit card at 15. Get your parents to co-sign with you if they will, then just get your own one when you're 18 or however old you have to be..

Neteller and Firepay are fundable via checking account and some sites (Party, Poker Stars) accept Western Union money transfers. All of which take minutes. Click on Cashier and deposit options on the poker site for the info.
Party isn't good for a young n00b. Poker Stars has a lot of cheap games for you to start with along with $1 SnG's. There are probably more sites that take Western Union, but I'm not sure. Anyone know of more for the guy?

You dont need a credit card, just open a checking account, put the minimum balnce + your intital poker deposit, get a debit card, and bingo.

When you're under 21, there's no minimum balance with most banks. I opened my first account on my own with Bank One when I was 16 and had a debit card for it. I was usually around $5 or so when I made my next deposits.
